CAR/SCOOTER LOAN TO STAFF

AMOUNT OF LOAN: RS. 15.00 LACS

Repayment period – 7 Years in EMIs

Rate of Interest: 10 %P.A (Calculation of interest rests half yearly)

Terms and Conditions:

1. Loanee should be regular/permanent employee of the bank and Cooperative department, UT, Chandigarh and having 5 year of service.

2. 40% carry home salary should be maintained.

3. Two staff member guarantees.

4. Salary certificate.

5. Installment shall be deducted from the salary.

6. The vehicle will be hypothecated in favour of bank

7. Full Payment will be made in favour of the dealer through A/c Payee Cheque/ Draft

8. Full insurance cover of vehicle in favour of bank

9. The vehicle should be registered with the registering authority at Chandigarh within 90 days from the date of purchase of vehicle.

10. The borrower should agree to produce the vehicle for periodical inspection to ensure that it is maintained in satisfactory condition.

11. Form no 29/Transfer of ownership of vehicle in favor of bank duly signed by the borrower.

12. The registration should be with the registering authority of Chandigarh.

13. The loanee shall submit the photocopy of R.C. immediately after registration of the vehicle. And after purchase of vehicle he will submit the photocopy of sale letter and insurance of vehicle within 3 days from the date of purchase.
