Compliance with KYC Guidelines – Public Notice

To comply with the guidelines of Know Your Customer (KYC) issued by Reserve Bank of India, all the clients of the Bank are hereby informed through this notice to provide the following information to their concerned branches before 15.4.2014. Failure to comply with these guidelines of RBI may result in suspension of banking business relationship after issuance of requisite notice.

• a) Copies of recent photograph (passport size) of the account holder
• b) Proof of identity-PAN Card/Passport/Voter Card
• c) Proof of latest residential address
