DAIRY LOAN UNIT

Buffalo – Maximum Loan up to Rs.1.00 Lac

Rate of Interest : 12 % P.A. (Calculation of interest rests monthly)

Repayment : Five years in monthly installment

Terms and Conditions:

i) Loanee should be the nominal member of the bank.

ii) Loanee should be resident of Chandigarh.

iii) The project should be located in Union Territory, Chandigarh.

iv) Full insurance cover of animals in favour of the bank.

v) Two good guarantors known to the bank

vi) The advancement will be made to the 3rd party only.

vii) Proof of repayment upto the satisfaction of the branch In-charge.

viii) Hypothecation of milk animal to be financed by the bank

ix) He shall sign and get signed tripartite agreement between the borrower, Cooperative Milk Producer” Society/to whom the borrower supplies the milk and the bank.

x) 5 advance cheques.
