ORGANIZATION SET UP:
Board of Directors:
As per bye-laws of the Bank, the Management of the bank is vested in a Board of Directors consisting representations of 9 Directors from Cooperative Societies, 3 Directors from individual Shareholder and 3 Govt. Nominees. The Board of Directors of the Bank was constituted on 17.12.2012 and is running the affairs of the bank.
Chairman:
As per Bye-Laws of the Bank, the Board unanimously resolved to elect Shri Kamal K. Sharma as a Chairman. The office of the Chairman is situated at Head Office of the Bank at first floor, Sector 22-B, Chandigarh.
Vice-Chairman:
As per Bye-Laws of the Bank, the Board unanimously resolved to elect Shri Jujhar Singh as a Vice Chairman. The office of the Vice Chairman is situated at Main Branch of the Bank in ground floor at Sector 22-B, Chandigarh.
Managing Director:
As per Bye-Laws of the Bank, the Managing Director in the bank shall be appointed by the Registrar Cooperative Societies, Union Territory, Chandigarh from the U.T. Govt., Punjab & Haryana Govt., Punjab/Haryana state Cooperative banks or from NABARD. At present, Shri Balbir Singh Dhol, PCS (Government nominee) is the Managing Director of the bank. The office of the Managing Director is situated at Head Office of the Bank at first floor, Sector 22-B, Chandigarh.

General Manager:
Earlier, the General Manager of the Bank was on deputation basis. Since 2008, the Registrar Cooperative Societies, UT, Chandigarh decided to give the charge of General Manger to the Senior Most officer of the bank. Presently, Shri Harnek Singh, AGM of the Bank is officiating as General Manager. The office of the General Manager is situated at Main Branch of the Bank in ground floor at Sector 22-B, Chandigarh.
Head Office:
The HO of the Bank is situated at city heart i.e. Sector 22-B Chandigarh from where all the controlling offices such as Reserve Bank of India, NABARD and Registrar Cooperative Societies, UT, Chandigarh are very nearly situated. HO comprising of following sections/cells with the staff strength:
